Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The wallpaper must be in perfect condition and unused.
  • It must be repackaged securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact our customer support team at info@walltales.co to begin the return process. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product to process a replacement or refund. Any defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already shipped. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@walltales.co to check the status of your shipment.
