Are your wallpapers safe for children’s rooms?

Yes. All WallTales wallpapers are printed using water-based, non-toxic inks on environmentally kind paper. They are safe for nurseries, bedrooms and spaces where children spend long periods of time.
How long does my wallpaper take to arrive?

Each roll is printed to order to ensure colour accuracy and the highest finish.

Delivery time is 2–3 weeks.
How do I install the wallpaper?

All designs use paste-the-wall application, which is quicker, cleaner and more forgiving than traditional methods. Most customers find it easy to apply at home, or you can hire a decorator.
Is the wallpaper durable?

Yes. It is:

  • Scratch and abrasion resistant
  • Light-fade resistant
  • Designed to stay beautiful for years

Ideal for busy bedrooms and playrooms.
Will the colours match what I see online?

We work hard to ensure accuracy, but small variations can occur due to screen differences and our artisanal printing process.
Can I return wallpaper?

Yes — unused, unopened rolls can be returned within 14 days.

Because each roll is printed to order, opened wallpaper cannot be returned.

Do I need the book to enjoy the wallpaper?

Not at all.

But the book adds depth to the world on the wall, revealing the themes and emotional layers behind each design. Many families enjoy using both together.
Are your books suitable for all ages?

Most children engage with them from age 3+, but the emotional themes resonate with older children as well.
What size are your framed prints?

Most prints are available in A4 and selected designs in A3.

Frames are high-quality, mounted and ready to hang.
Are the prints safe for children’s rooms?

Yes. Printed using non-toxic inks and framed securely.
